Over the past few years, a number of organizations across the globe have begun using the MetaImpact Framework. Join Susanna Carman, a strategic design specialist, and Sean Esbjörn-Hargens in a lively conversation on how she has used it in Australia as part of a “Meta toolkit” to design Wisdom Economies.
In the interview, Susanna shares how she used the MetaImpact framework in conjunction with other frameworks from design thinking and developmental psychology with a group of women business leaders in Australia.
The framework helped the members of the group to make values visible and created a foundation for the design strategy on how to grow and measure those values while honoring and empowering the multiple perspectives within the group. As a result, the individuals were not only empowered but also able to tell compelling stories.
Susanna’s experience of working with these women over the last 18 months offers some compelling insights on how to design with integral models and combine them with other models for increased impact. She also shares interesting examples of how she has used the MetaImpact Framework in both personal and professional contexts.
