SC Integral Design introduced the MetaImpact Framework to the Northern Rivers Community Foundation (NRCF), a community funded philanthropy serving the Northern Rivers region of NSW, as a strategic planning tool to grow its impact.
This video is an excerpt from a longer conversation with Emily Berry, Executive Direction of NRCF, about who NRCF is and how working with SC Integral Design and the MetaImpact Framework supported the organisation's approach to planning for sustainable, wholistic impact.
The MetaImpact Framework is a tool created by Dr. Sean Esbjorn-Hargens that facilitates the implementation of wholistic systems design. Esbjorn-Hargens describes working with the MetaImpact Framework as an opportunity for organisations to take a, "regenerative, integrative, transparent, open, inclusive and non-reductive," approach to strategic planning.
SC Integral Design includes the MetaImpact Framework in its toolkit to develop Future Ready educational, health and community development leadership so that all are well equipped to respond skilfully to the complex challenges of this century.
