JOURNEY
The retreat journey will follow an iteration of Patterns Of Reinvention, a transition framework developed by Dana Carman, Joseph Friedman and Susanna Carman that synthesises Theory U, Vertical Development, Human Centred Design and the reinvention patterns of high impact leaders.
The following diagram offers a loose scaffold for our intended 3 day journey based on the Patterns Of Reinvention framework. This plan can flex depending on the feedback we receive from those who wish to contribute their talents and capabilities to the delivery of the program. A more detailed schedule will emerge following this feedback, to be presented closer to the retreat dates.
