TESTIMONIALS
What Transition Leadership LAB participants say about their learning experience with us...
"The highlight for me was an enhanced set of skills, mindsets and lenses to transition the world from here, to where it could be in the future… and the awareness that I could help the world make that transition.”
“The problems we experience in the world are best responded to by working together. I found the TLL to be a nourishing, safe space for me to do the deep thinking I really was drawn to do, but wouldn't have done on my own.”
"Learning and development that fundamentally changes how you perceive yourself in the world, done in a way that is held so skilfully, so generously and so authentically... it will change your life!"
MORGAN WILLIAMS
Strategic & Service Design
BEN GILL
Service & Organisation Design
TANYA LEHMANN
Organisational Development, Leadership & Change
"A highlight was the way Susanna holds space and the depth of her connection to an embodied approach to understanding. I walked away with a clear idea about what my next big thing is and how to bring it to fruition!"
"I was on a journey of self-discovery, and the concepts in TLL have been life changing for me. I can recognise and help to facilitate cross conversations. I’ve learned life skills for how to connect with people better.”
“Learning about complexity and leadership was all brought together in this one leadership Lab… which invited rich discussion of new and different theories that I hadn’t been exposed to thus far in my career as an academic.”
